Human plasma
    proteome databae

Plasma is the most widely used body fluid in biomarker studies and is also the largest and deepest version of the human proteome. For plasma, the sample was first immunoaffinity depleted of 14 most abundant proteins. Then the depleted proteins, bound proteins, and crude proteins were individually digested, separated by RPLC and identified by a hybrid quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometer TripleTOF 5600, respectively.
